We are mostly Water !

The human body is 70% water. Dr Emoto did an experiment on the reaction of water molecules to mental stimulus. The study discovered that with positive stimulus water molecules dispersed in beautiful patterns. So it stands to reason that the amount of water we have in our bodies is impacted by the stimulus we encounter in life. Water is the most conductive of the four elements and water has a very large part to play in our health and sense of well-being. For example when you get a massage waste products and toxins are released from your tissues into your bloodstream and with insufficient amount of water in your body is very difficult to remove the toxins from your body. And in most cases when you're finished with a massage therapist will always tell you to drink plenty of water. The other effect on your body that relates to water and massage is that since water is so conductive a positive feeling detoxification and sense of well-being that you receive from getting a massage has more benefits than would be apparent on the surface. So let's take this to the next step if water is so energetically conductive than it would stand to reason that being massaged and water would add a whole never level of energy conductivity and the impact of this therapy on your body and overall sense of well-being. As I have mentioned in past blogs I have been practicing Watsu with L and hope to go to one of the schools on the East Coast to study this very interesting form of massage. As we've been practicing Watsu in the bay and the ocean we have not been in the ideal water temperature for real Watsu. Now imagine yourself floating and being massaged in the warm calm shallow waters of the blue Caribbean. This is part of my mission to incorporate into my massage and wellness retreats to the Caribbean this coming winter. Just imagine Watsu in Paradise! Hiking biking and kayaking meditation yoga tai chi and delicious healthy food prepared by yours truly!
