Busy January !

The wide world of massage therapy goes threw it's ups and downs know duet ,but this past month was one of the slowest months in 20 years ! Thank God for the new year this is a busy month for the Spa at Gurneys Inn let's hope the weather holds up.This is a good time to cleanse and get the body and mind right ! This is also the perfect time to add new or old spiritual practices to work. The new healthcare bill is not going to do as much as you can do for yourself ! Move your body and eat more greens.
