All things must shift !

I find that the effect of the change of seasons is a very significant thing to take note of. As we transition from summer to fall there is a tendency to become melancholy. This could be attributed to the lack of light or the decreasing amount of light as the sun moves south. As all things must shift once we pass the harvest Moon seasonal equilibrium appears to restore itself. In so many respects all as a wonderful time of year. It would serve a person very well to embrace all of the things that fall has to offer and am looking forward to the things that fall has to offer you can elevate your energy towards what is. So if the change of seasons has got you feeling a little funky, get yourself out to a corn maze or pumpkin picking and or a trip to your local farm stand for some delicious fall vegetables. For me one of the highlights of fall is the run of bass and bluefish on our ocean beaches. The Goldstar off fall things in Gene's world is the opening day of a scallop season. On the work front I found it to be very very rewarding getting into Manhattan to work. The change of scenery and the vibe of the city is very invigorating. It is also my hope that with the coming of the new moon and the fresh energy that comes with a I will be able to increase my work in both the city and the Hamptons, while also making plans for my massage and wellness retreats this coming winter. There is also a possibility that I may actually find time to take my level I Watsu class. So for now I am wishing you a beautiful day, love laugh and enjoy yourself as much as you can sincerely Gene Hamilton LMT!
