Working the East End

Wow things have gotten busy again thank God. The move from East Hampton to Quiogue has worked out well and the Northfork is a breeze . Southampton and Watermill are part of my new focus on work . Stay well and if you need a massage you know the number !

Busy January !

The wide world of massage therapy goes threw it's ups and downs know duet ,but this past month was one of the slowest months in 20 years ! Thank God for the new year this is a busy month for the Spa at Gurneys Inn let's hope the weather holds up.This is a good time to cleanse and get the body and mind right ! This is also the perfect time to add new or old spiritual practices to work. The new healthcare bill is not going to do as much as you can do for yourself ! Move your body and eat more greens. Life in Quiogue

I have moved across the canal to Quiogue I'm still working out east and am very happy to be in a new space ! Also have been enjoying Joshua's place in Southampton there are a ton of great class and people, there is life over the East Hampton town boarder !Happy Holidays all and don't for get to get Stoned this season !

Spa day !

Looking forward to a good day at the spa at Gurneys Inn then house calls in Amagansett ! Staying busy in the off season is a blessing when you love your work and yes I get to get another person stoned with the magic of HSM .
